Sorry as I could not call you before leaving for Delhi from Trivandrum.

All the arrangements were great which includes stay and travel. Special thanks for checking every time whether driver is available at right time and right place.

There were few challenges which could be improved like checking visiting timings of some places. We had challenge in Trivandrum on last day which I am sure you are also aware off.

But in nutshell it was a great experience.

Feedback on Hotels:

Munnar: It was good but nor great.
Thekkedy: Our room was upgraded but that had cockroaches. Then I asked to change my room which they changed without creating any problem.
Alleppy: All went well but as it says dinner is included, I am not sure why customer need to buy fish for dinner.
Poovar: This was the best one out of all 4. The staff was very well active and interacting all the time during stay. Very good facilities and co-operation.
There are always improvement areas but that does not mean things are not going well.

This was my 1st big vacation out of station with my family. I must say that all of us have enjoyed this trip so well that if we plan for next somewhere we will surely come back to you 1st.

Also, will suggest my friends and colleagues.
